    Before submitting this form, preview this season's exhibitions by reviewing our Booking Catalogue. 

    TREX Southeast will accept booking requests starting May 6, 2025 at 12:15 PM until all exhibition slots have been filled. 

    Bookings fill up quickly so we recommend submitting early. You will receive an automated email after submitting this form confirming your requests. After that, we will email you a Loan Guidelines Form which you will need to sign and send back. 

    Exhibitions can be booked for more than one booking period, but please note that the $75.00 booking fee for each period will apply (for example, if booking one exhibition for two periods, you will be invoiced for two booking fees). Invoices are issued at the start of each period.

    The TREX program is committed to ensuring that exhibitions are accessible to a wide range of communities, with particular attention to those who may face barriers to accessing professional art experiences. This includes rural and remote schools, Indigenous communities, small-town libraries, and organizations that serve youth, seniors, newcomers and other equity-deserving groups.

  • Below are the exhibitions available for the 2025 – 2026 season. Please click the exhibition(s) your venue would like to host and select the period(s) you would like to schedule. Once you submit the form, your selection will be saved and you will recieve an automated confirmation email.

    *Note: Once venues submit their requests, those periods will be removed from availability. If you are unable to select a certain period, that exhibition booking period is no longer available. 

    Each Venue is eligible to host up to three exhibitions per tour season. If exhibition availabilities arise, we will be in contact about additional hosting opportunities.

  • Visiting Artist Program

  • Our Visiting Artist Program is available in conjunction with select exhibitions. Programming could include an artist talk, hands-on workshop or reception to further connect audiences to the exhibition and artists. This program is included in the exhibition booking fee and is therefore no extra cost to venues.

  • Please fill out the infomation below to help us get started coordinating a Visiting Artist Program at your Venue. These details may change. Please consider the Visiting Artist Program unconfirmed until you receive confirmation from a TREX team member directly. Depending on demand and artist availability, we may not be able to accomodate every request for the program.

    NOTE:

    • We can accomodate a maximum of 4 groups per day at each venue.
    • We can accomodate a maximum of 25 participants per group.
